This refers to the investigation conducted by Messrs. M. D. Schuster, E. J. Power and W. P. Mortensen of thi: office during the period of May 21 -
June 1, 1979, of activities authorized by t',C License No. DPR-54.
It also refers to the discussion of our findings hnd with Messrs. W. Har rond and P,. Rodriguez and members of their staff a',
the conclusion of the investigation.
Areas examined during the investigation and our findings are discussed in the enclosed investigation report.
Within these areas, the investigation con-sisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel and observations by the investigators.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirenents were identified within the scope of this investigation.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your safeguards and security teasures are exempt fron public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed investigation report will not be place in the Public Document Room.
