[ Authorizations," and Security Department actions in response to the licensee's l Generating Station Emergency Plan (GSEP) were also reviewe Results: All four previous inspection findings were closed. The licensee l was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in all 15 inspected areas.

l The licensee was limiting access authorizations in accordance with security l plan commitments. The licensee completed their shore protection project on December 24, 1986. The project was another indication of a security program that is well managed, anticipates potential problems and continuously strives for improvement.
