order to familiarize the licensee with the Regulatory Organization, the Region I staff, the Regulatory Inspection Program, the l.
modifications to Enforcement Action and categories of Noncocpliance, l
and Regulatory policy regarding press releases; to review previous
Enforcement Actions and general conduct of plant operatio,ns; and to provide specific information regarding items of concern to the licensee.
Additionally, RO:I's concerns regarding the most recent inspection findings in the areas of plant design changes and audits were discussed (Refer to Report 50-289/75-01).

Method of industry review and comment on Regulatory Guides prior to their issuance.

Enforcement criteria relative to issuance of civil penalties ~,
and conduct of management meetings following RO:I inspections
