This Errata corrects the report number listed in the subject line of our original final determination letter (ML102800342). The subject line erroneously identified the inspection report as 05000285/2010007 instead of 05000285/2010008. Please replace the cover page with the enclosed revised page. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, and its enclosure, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
