This refers to Appendix A (Notice of Violation) of NRC Inspection Report 50-285/92-32.
Please be advised that on page 3 of the Notice of Violation an incorrect inspection report number was used for Violations A.3.a, A.3.b, and B.
The incorrect numbers for the violations were (285/9207-05),
(285/9207-06), and (285/9207-07) respectively. The numbers for the violations should be (285/9232-05), (285/9232-06), and (285/9232-07) respectively.
