Following opening remarks by the NRC-and the licensee, the _ licensee -

ta<en.regarding the improvement of the security program.

GUARDFORCE MORALE ISSUES This topic was discussed in-security-inspection Report Nos.-

Two audits were conducted separately by NSP Power Supply e

Quality Assurance Group and Burn.s -International Security Services (BISSI).

These audits were aimed at evaluating potential problems with guard force morale.
