Thank you for your letter dated May 29, 1984, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-282/84-03(DPRP) and 50-306/84-03(DPRP)
forwarded by our letter dated April 30, 1984. We will examine these matters during a subsequent inspection.
.With regard to the violation in Appendix A, the severity level of the item of noncompliance was incorrectly classified.
The appropriate severity level for this violation is a Severity Level V.
Enclosed is a corrected copy of Appendix A.
