Safeguards Branch Inspection Summary Inspection on October 31 and November 1-3, 1978 (Report No. 50-282/78-15; No. 50-306/78-16)
Areas Inspected: Unannounced inspection regarding implementation of (a)
approved security plan which was submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.34(c) and (b) applicable parts of 10 CFR 73.55 requirements.
Specif-ically, the inspection examined the areas of access controls, detection aids, testing and maintenance, physical barriers, and response capabil-The inspection also reviewed the licensee's progress toward full ities.

The inspection involved 55 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.
