Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards Branch Division of Radiation Safety and Safeguards SUMMARY Scope:
This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the areas of the
Physical Security Program for Power Reactors specifically, Access Controls, Power Supply and Training, an Inspector Followup Item was reviewed as were three Non-Cited Violations reviewed. The licensee's Licensee Event Report No. 270/92-04 was also reviewed.
Results:
In the areas inspected, violations or deviations were not identified.
The Inspector Follow-up Item and three Non-Cited Violations were reviewed and
" closed". The licensee's action relative to the events described in LER No.
270/92-04 were appropriate.
The licensee's control of access, power supplies and training are adequate and as required.
