Thank you for your letter of January 9,1981, Serial P-810ll, in response to our lettet of December 18, 1980 and the attached Notice of Violation.
As a result of our review of your response, we find that the interim corrective actions taken until a pemanent modification can be made to the security hardware. are appropriate.
Pending the approval, installation, and testing of the proposed elevator modification, the current arrangement with a guard monitor riding the elevator and temporary outside doors correci;s the problem identified.
We have no further questions in regard to Infractions 1 and 2 of the subject Notice of Violation and we will review your corrective temporary actions during a future inspection.
Items 3.a. and 3.b. are closed.
We will inspect the "E"-Field alam system during a future inspection.
