Madsen, Chief, Reactor Operations and Date Nuclear Support Branch Summary Inspection on February 11-12, 1980 (Report No. 50-267/80-04) Scheduled routine management meeting to review the licensee's enforcement history, discuss reportable occurrences, review the status of licensee's responses to IE Bulletins and Circulars, discuss the inspection program conducted by the Office of Inspection and Enforcement and review current items of concern to the regional office staff.
The inspection involved twenty six (26) man-hours at the site by four (4) NRC personnel.
Results: No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Purpose of Inspection i The inspection consisted of an initial day on site by Region IV supervision to review, with the resident inspectors, the licensee's performance history and was culminated on the second day by a meeting with licensee management.

Topics Discussed during Management Meeting Routine review of licensee's enforcement history, reportable occurrence history and trends, licensee responses to IE Bulletins and Circulars, and the IE Inspection Program.
The meeting also included general disucssions of future NRC enforcement policies, security program, separation of circulator auxiliaries, outstanding Techn4. cal Specification change submittals to NRR, and the performan7e appraisal team inspection scheduled for July,1980.
