NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-255/94015(DRS))
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated December 5, 1994, in response to our letter dated November 4, 1994, ~ransmitting a Notice of Violation associated with Inspection Report No. 50-255/94015(DRS).
This report summarized the results of the routine safety inspection which primarily consisted of a review of the Motor-Operated Valve Program at your Palisades Pl ant.
We have.reviewed your corrective ~actions* and have r:io further questions at this time.
These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
