This will acknowledge receipt of your letters dated October 28, 1994 and December 9, 1994 in response to our letter dated September 30, 1994, transmitting requests for information and a Notice of Violation associated with emergency operating procedures (EOPs) at the Palisades Nuclear Generating Plant.
