Dear Dr. Mecredy:
This letter refers to your August 14, 1995 correspondence, in response to our August 7, 1995, telephone discussions, concerning differences between our understanding of your planned corrective actions and the manner or timing of completion of those actions associated with two previously identified fitness-for-duty items.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter.
