This refers to your August 26, 1994, correspondence in response to our letter, dated July 15, 1994, regarding Ginna,Nuclear Power Plant.
This correspondence dealt with a violation identified in your handling, storage and shipping program for protection of safety-related items while stored in your Level B
storeroom.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter.
We consider these actions acceptable, particularly the increased quality assurance involvement, pending further review in a future inspection of your procurement programs.
