Inspection on November 13-16, 1978 (Recort No. 50-244/78-23)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced physical security inspection by two regional based inspectors.
Implementation of accepted Security Plan and applicable sections of 10 CFR 73.55 relative to:
Communications; Detection Aids; Testing and Maintenance; and Response Procedures.
Followup on licensee action related to IE Circular 78-17, " Inadequate Guard Training"; and c.n an inspector identified problem associated with the Security Organization.
This inspection was initiated during non-regular working hours and involved 50 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC regional based inspectors.
