NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-220/96-07; 50-410/96-07 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Sylvia:
This refers to your letters dated November 15, 1996 and November 22, 1996, in response to our October 8, 1996 letter.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter dated November 15, 1996, and the status of your program to review surveillance testing procedures documented in your letter dated November 27, 1996.
The actions taken in response to the Notice of Violation and your effort to review surveillance testing procedures will be examined during future inspections of your licensed program.
