Routine Inspection on August 16-21, 1981 (Report No. 50-213/81-10)
Areas Inspected:
Security Plan; Security Organization; Physical Barriers (Protected Area); Physical Barriers (Vital Areas); Lighting; Access Control (Identification, Authorization, and Badging); Access Control (Search); Access Control (Vital Areas); Access Control (Escorting); Detection Aids; Alarm Stations; Assessment Aids; Communications; Testing and Maintenance; Com-pensatory Measures; Response; Locks, Keys and Combinations; Records and Reports. The inspection involved 70 inspector hours onsite by two NRC regional based inspectors. The inspection was initiated during an offshift period; 6 inspector hours were accomplished during offshift periods.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in all 18 functional areas examined.
