Matters. discussed and comments, on the part of management personnel, were as follows:

The inspector-stated that the purpose of the inspection was to review the outstanding unresolved items that have-been reported as a result of IE's site inspection of
- July 15-18, 1974.

The inspector added that'not all the items could be resolved

due to the absence of adequate documentary evidence, to show that they had been reviewed and corrected by BRP personnel. The licensee stated that steps would be taken to resolve these matters.

The inspector stated that during his review of the Final Report of the 1974 ISI, issued by Southwest Research
,
Institute (SWRI) that it was noted that the report still had not been signed off by the Authorized Inspector (AI)
and in addition he could not correlate the ISI test blocks in BRP's possession, with the report drawings of '
the test blocks used during the inspection.
The liccasce stated that this matter would be discussed with both the AI and SWRI. personnel.

CP's Special Report No. 22, Titled. "1975 Inservice Inspection, Big Rock Point Plant" was used as the consulting document.
The inspection was conducted during the period of January through June 1975. The inspections were cenducted using the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code'Section XI, 1971
