Within this crea the inspection included selective e:mmination , of procedurcs and representative records, interviews with personnel and ' observations by the inspector.

The inspector also examined actions you have taken with respect to the catters identified in your letterc dated December 5, Decenber 26, 1974 l and January 24, 1975 which we previously brought to your attention. We l have no further questions concerning these r:atters.

" . Consumers Power Company-2-This notice is sent to you pursuant to the provision of Section 2.201 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Ccie of Federal Regulations.

Section 2.201 requires that you submit to this office within twenty days of your receipt of this notice a written statement or explanation in reply, inciv..ing: (1) corrective steps which have been taken by you, and the results achieved; (2) corrective steps which will be taken to cvoid further items of noncomplicnce and (3) the date - when full compliance will be achieved. Such a statement or explanation Er should be provided for the item listed in T.nclosure A and should be " submitted as a separate enclosure to your transmittal letter.

Arcas examined during this inspection concern a subject matter which is exe:pt from disclosure according to Section 2.790 of the IGC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Reguictions.

Consequently, our report of this inspection (Report 1:o. 050-155D5-07), the enclosures to this letter and your response to this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
