Included a review of the licensee's action on previous inspection findings; security organization, records and reports; lighting; access' control personnel, packages, vehicles; personnel training and qualification; physical protection of safeguard information. The inspection began during the day shift.

Failure to adequately implement a portion of the Facility Personnel Security Program.

Access Control - Vehicles:
Failure to adequately secure a designated vehicle.

Protection of Safeguards Information: The licensee failed to adequately protect and mark some Safeguards Information.
