The purpose of this letter is to submit information required by 10 CFR 50 Appendix E, Section VI for the Harris Nuclear Plant (HNP), of Carolina Power & Light Company (doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc.), concerning changes to the ERDS Data Point Library.

As part of replacement of the Emergency Response Facility Information System (ERFIS) computer Harris Nuclear Plant has recently reviewed the entire ERDS Data Point Library. We have corrected a number of plant specific point descriptions and parameters that were found out of date, and have taken the opportunity to re-format the entire document for consistency.
