Dear Commissioners and Staff:

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59(d)(2), Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is providing this letter to inform the NRC that for the reporting interval of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019, there were no 10 CFR 50.59 evaluations performed for changes made to the Humboldt Bay Power Plant, Unit 3.

PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.
