In accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has submitted the Annual Report of Occupational Radiation Exposure for individuals monitored at Humboldt Bay Power Plant during calendar year 2013. The report was created in the electronic format specified in Regulatory Guide 8. 7, Revision 2, "Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Exposure Data." The data file, "NRC20130416.DAT," was submitted electronically on the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System (REIRS) web page, http://www.reirs .com/reporting.htm on April 16, 2013.
