Dear Sir or Madam:

In accordance with Reference 1, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) deferred the supplement to the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit I (GGNS) Cyber Security Plan until after the NRC staff has provided direction on further revision. In accordance with Reference 2, the NRC issued requests for additional information (RAIs) on the GGNS Cyber Security Plan with responses due by February 15, 2011. Entergy's responses to the RAIs are provided in Attachment 1. Changes to the GGNS Cyber Security Planwill be made in accordance with the RAI responses as described in Attachment 1. In addition to Reference 1 resolution, other common industry issues are being resolved (i.e., cyber security records retention and implementation schedules), therefore, the GGNS Cyber Security Plan containing the changes due to the RAI responses will be submitted concurrently with the common industry issue resolutions.

Entergy requests that Attachment 1, which contains security-related information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
