In Reference 1, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) submitted a license amendment request to revise the intake structure security classification in the Security Plan and Emergency Plan for Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2.

In Reference 2, the NRC Staff provided a request for additional information (RAI).

The Enclosure to this letter provides PG&E responses to the RAI.

The Enclosure to this letter contains security-related information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. When separated from the Enclosure, this cover letter is decontrolled.
