1. Letter logged TXX-14103 dated August 27, 2014 from Rafael Flores to the NRC submitting Unit 2 Relief Requests Nos. B-7, B-12 and B-13 for the Second 10-Year ISI Interval (Second Interval Start Date: August 3, 2004; Second Interval End Date August 2, 2014).

2. Email dated December 16, 2014 from Balwant Singal of the NRC to Timothy Hope of Luminant Power requesting additional information regarding Relief Requests ((RRs)

B-7, B-12, and B-13 (TAC No. MF4752).

Dear Sir or Madam:

Per reference 1, Luminant Generation Company, LLC (Luminant Power) submitted Relief Requests B-7, B-12, and B-13 for Comanche Peak Unit 2 for the second ten year inservice inspection interval. Per reference 2, the NRC provided a request for additional information regarding the subject relief requests.

The request was to confirm that no Nickel Alloy weld metals (182 and 82) were used in the Category B-B, Item B.40 SG Head-to-Tubesheet Welds.

Luminant Power has confirmed that no Nickel Alloy weld metals (182 and 82) were used in the Category B-B, Item B.40 SG Head-to-Tubesheet Welds.

This communication contains no new commitments regarding Comanche Peak Unit 2.
