Follow-up for NOED 11-2-004

Description

The inspectors reviewed NOED 11-2-004 and related documents to determine the accuracy and consistency with the licensees assertions and implementation of the licensees compensatory measures and commitments which included deferring non-essential surveillances and other maintenance activities on the emergency diesel generators, the turbine-driven AFW pumps, the Standby Shutdown System, fire protection systems and switchyard. The inspectors also verified that the licensee briefed the oncoming operations shift on AP/0/A/5500/039, Control Room High Temperature.
