Contrary to the above, from 10:32 a.m., on February 26, 2011, until 2:54 p.m., on February 27, 2011, the licensee failed to comply with the required action of TS 3.8.1 condition G.1 to be in Mode 3. The inspectors determined that the violation was not greater than very low safety significance (Green) because the unavailability time incurred to perform the governor replacement did not exceed the TS allowed outage time of 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br />. The issue is documented in the licensees corrective action program as PIP C-11- 1407. |
