| Description | An unresolved item (URI) was identified for NOED 11-2-002. The inspectors reviewed NOED 11-2-002 and related documents to determine the accuracy and consistency with the licensees assertions and implementation of the licensees compensatory measures and commitments which included deferring non-essential surveillances and other maintenance activities on the 1A DG, the turbine-driven AFW pump, the Standby Shutdown System and switchyard, and posting a dedicated operator available to throttle key AFW valves that supply flow to the steam generators. Additional inspection is required to conduct a review of the LER, root cause, and planned corrective actions. This URI is identified as URI 05000413/2011002-02, Follow-up for NOED 11-2-002. |
