| Title | Failure to Adequately Implement the Requirements of Procedure SOP-ENTRY-DW |
| Description | The inspectors identified a noncited violation of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, Instructions, Procedures, and Drawings, for Energy Personnel Entry into Drywell. Energy Northwests corrective actions for this issue included removing the NRC identified debris from the drywell, informing personnel of the ineffective drywell cleaning, and conducting an assessment to determine more effective methods for cleaning the drywell during future outages. The finding was greater than minor because, if left uncorrected, it could result in the continued accumulation of foreign material in the drywell. The accumulation ercial .
