Specifications to Operating License NPF-10 for San Onofre Unit 2, and Section 6.9.1.13.b of Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Operating License NPF-15 for San Onofre Unit 3, this submittal provides the required 30 day written report and copy of Licensee Event Report (LER) for an occurrence involving an inoperable fire spray system.

Enclosed LER 83-033 for Unit 3, which also constitutes the required Special Report for Unit 2, addresses this event.

This report is delinquent because additional time was required to prepare a complete report.
