dated February 24, 1983 Pursuant to Section 6.9.1.13.b of Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Facility Operating License NPF-15 for San Onofre Unit 3, this submittal provides the required 30-day written report and a copy of Licensee Event Report (LER) for an occurrence involving Limiting Condition of Operation (LCO) 3.5.1 associated with Safety Injection Tanks.
