In accordance with the guidelines in Revision 10 of NUREG-1 021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors," Duke Energy Progress, Inc. is providing the enclosed outlines for examinations scheduled to begin the week of February 1, 2016.

PursUant to 10 CFR 55.40(b)(3), Mr. Joseph Rackley, as the designated authorized representative of the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2, has approved these outlines for examination of the applicants.

As required by Revision 10 of NUREG-1 021, Section ES-201, "Initial Operator Licensing Examination Process," please ensure that these outlines are withheld from public disclosure until after the examinations are complete. ,* '
