REGULATORY AUDIT PLAN REGARDING ZIONSOLUTIONS RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATED TO PARTIAL SITE RELEASE AND RECENT SITE SURVEY ACTIVITIES
Dear John Sauger:
This letter documents the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staffs plan to perform a regulatory audit of ZionSolutions, LLCs (the licensee) March 8, 2022, response (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML22069A329) to 11 requests for additional information (RAIs) issued by the staff on August 19, 2021 (ML21231A187) and October 14, 2021 (ML21238A067). The purpose of this audit is to achieve a more effective and efficient overall review of the RAI responses. Reviewing underlying documentation and engaging in audit discussions about site conditions will facilitate the staffs understanding of the licensees RAI responses.
The audit meetings will take place in a virtual format unless an in-person meeting or site visit is deemed necessary. The contents of the audit plan are provided as an enclosure.
