Environmental Study for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station (QCNPS) has petitioned the Illinois Pollution Control Board requesting approval for the application of alternate thermal standards for discharges from the Station to the Mississippi River. Pursuant to Appendix B (Section 2.2)of the Renewed Facility Operating Licenses for QCNPS, enclosed is the environmental study which supported that request.
