Notification of the Facility Director Change for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulated Independent.Spent Fuel Storage Installations (EM-NRC-16-020)

To: Richard B. Provencher Idaho. Operations Office This memorandum is to inform you of the changes to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Project Management organization for the operation and management of the Fort Saint Vrain, Three Mile Island Unit 2, and Idaho Spent Fuel Facility NRC Licenses.

The change noted below for the NRC project management organization was effective August 22, 2016. *

  • Scott Ferrara is replacing Steven Ahrendts as the Facility Director for the NRC Licensed Facilities.

Mr. Ferrara was promoted into this position on August 22, 2016. I have reviewed the qualifications of Ferrara and find them acceptable to perform as the Facility Director for the NRC Licensed Facilities.

Mr. Ferrara was previously the alternate Facility Director for the NRC Licensed Facilities and has completed the qualification standard for this position.
