This letteralso transmits a copy of the current Offsite Dose Assessment Manual (ODAM) as Enclosure 2for the same time period, as well as a copy of the Process Control Program (PCP) as Enclosure 3.The Process Control Program was unchanged in 2014; therefore no summary of changes isbeing provided.

These documents are being submitted for NRC use per the requirements ofTechnical Specification 5.6.3 and CNS ODAM Section D 5.3.This letter contains no regulatory commitments.
