HOPE CREEK 2015 OPERATING EXAM POST NRC REVIEW CHANGES -January 28, 2015 1) SCENARIO CHANGES a) Scenario 1 i) Added recommendation to raise the standby Reactor Feed Pump discharge pressure to 800-900 psig in the setup. ii) Raised leak rate slightly. Does not affect expected actions. iii) Reinserted automatic Event Trigger 1. iv) Added actions if crew determines rise in Offgas Radiation levels warrant entry into HC.OP-AB.RPV-0008. v) Added reason for loss of Reactor Building Ventilation on Event 4. Added Reactor Building d/p instruments. vi) Added actions to open valves for Event 7. b) Scenario 2 i) Corrected typographical errors to Initial Conditions. ii) Corrected typographical errors in actions and cues for Event 3. Provided more information for panel indications and cues. Revised Technical Specification entered/tracked. c) Scenario 3 i) Added information regarding magnitude of power reductions during Subsequent Actions for Event 1 . ii) Added information regarding instrumentation and information to support actions required during Event 2. iii) Corrected typographical errors. iv) Added guidance on restoring equipment to support scenario objectives. d) Scenario 4 i) Added control panel manipulations in Event 1. ii) Added actions performed as part of response to initial indications for Event 5. iii) Added instructor actions on OHA A2-A5. iv) Made editorial changes to ECG classification moved to more appropriate location. Added possible lower level ECG classification. e) Scenario 5-Spare i) Revised initial conditions for Circulating Water and Condensate Systems. ii) Revised Critical Task 1 success criteria, editorial. iii) Added note for responses to Event 3. iv) Added additional Abnormal Procedure actions for Event 4. v) Added possible actions for Event 7. vi) Revised Reactivity Management Approval Form. 2) JOB PERFORMANCE MEASURE CHANGES a) JPM A i) Added guidance for procedure markup into Preparation for Training Setup, and revised Standard to reflect this change. b) JPM B i) Added Examiner Note per NRC request. ii) Added clarifying information to an Examiner Note. c) JPM C i) Added information to the Initiating Cue. ii) Corrected typographical error in Standard. iii) Added controller designation per NRC request.

Mark the modified procedure as Not for Plant Use. Moved provide copy of procedure to a previous Cue. r) SRO A2 i) Added clarifying information to Initial Conditions. ii) Added print noted in procedure to Tools and Equipment. s) SRO A3 i) No changes.

t) SRO A4 HOPE CREEK 2015 OPERATING EXAM POST NRC REVIEW CHANGES -January 28, 2015 i) This JPM was revised just prior to NRC review (since initial submittal) due to a significant procedure revision. The NRC Review was performed using the revised JPM. Added Initial Conditions to support the procedure change. Revised Elements due to the procedure change. Revision did not affect the Critical Tasks, or cause a significant change to the actions expected during the JPM.
