13.0 INITIAL TESTS AND OPERATIONS

13.1 Initial Preparation Before Fuel Loading

The organization of the startup group and the tests to be performed prior to reactor refueling at the time of initial plant startup can be found in the original docketed FSAR.

13.2 Final Unit Preparation

The procedures for core loading and post loading tests can be found in the original docketed FSAR.

13.3 Initial Testing of the Operating Reactor

Tests that will be performed from initial core loading to rated power can be found in the original docketed FSAR.

13.4 Operating Restrictions

Restrictions on tests to be performed during normal operations at power are addressed in the original docketed FSAR.

13.5 Reload Physics Testing

Startup physics testing will be performed in accordance with ANSI/ANS 19.6.1-2005, "Reload Startup Physics Tests for Pressurized Water Reactors."
