Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Station, Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Renewed License Nos. DPR-31 and DPR-41 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report and License Renewal 10 CFR 54.37(b) Report Florida Power & Light Company has completed the Unit 4 Cycle 32 (4C32) update to the Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Station, Units 3 and 4, Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) and review of design activities to identify any new systems, structures, and components for potential impact on the license renewal again management programs. This letter submits both the periodic update of the UFSAR and the results of the license renewal review in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e) and 10 CFR 54.37(b), respectively.
Two CDs are being submitted in lieu of hard copy. The UFSAR is submitted in its entirety, constituting a total replacement copy, and reflecting changes since the previous update (4C31) submitted on May 12, 2021. to this letter includes a CD containing a non-public version of the Turkey Point UFSAR. Enclosure 1 contains security related information as defined by 10 CFR 2.390(d) and should be withheld from public disclosure. to this letter includes a CD containing a public version (redacted) of the Turkey Point UFSAR.
License Renewal 1 O CFR 54.37(b) Report Summary The license renewal review addressed the requirements of 10 CFR 54.37(b) for the current UFSAR update period. This review did not result in any newly identified systems, structures and components per the requirements of 10 CFR 54.37(b).
