B.PROGRAMADMINISTRATIONANDREVIEWTheAssistantDirectorforOperationsoftheRINSCshallserveastheTrainingCoordinator,andshallberesponsiblefortheimplementation,coordination,.andoperationoftheRe-qualificationProgram.ThedutiesoftheTraining,Coordinatorshall.bedesignated.toanother*SROonalternateyears.TheTrainingCoordinatororhisdesigneewillprepare,administer,grade,andreviewallexaminationsandquizzesrequiredbytheprogram.Inthiscapacity,andsinceheisalicensedSeniorOperator,hewillbeconsideredashavingcompletedtheexaminationandretrainingprogramrequirementsforthatperiod.C.BIENNIALWRITTENEXAMINATION1.Thebiennialwrittenexaminationgiventoalllicensedpersonnel,williricludequestionstakenfrom:a.ReactorTheory,Thermodynamics,andFacilityOperatingb.NormalandEmergencyOperatingProceduresandRadiologicalControls.c.FacilityandRadiationMonitorrngSyste'ms.2..Theexamshouldcontainatleast10objectivequestionsfromeachsection.3.Theexaminationsmaybeopenbook.4.Theexamswillbegraded,reviewedandretainedattheRINSC.ForeachIicensee,areviewformwill.bepreparedindicatinghis/hergradeineachexamcategory.Theareasofdeficiencyandtheretrainingtobefollowedinimprovingthelicensee'scompetenceinthatareawillthenbedetermined.Agradebelow700/0inasinglecategoryshallrequireretrainingforthatlicenseeinthatareaofdeficiency.Anoverallscorebelow700/0ontheexamshallrequirethat:a.Thelicenseeshallbeimmediatelyenrolledinaretrainingprogram.b.'Priortocontinuinghis/herresponsibilitiesofoperationofthereactor,thelicenseeshallbegivenanoralexamtoverifycompetenceasa'consoleoperator.Reactor.OperatorRe-QualificationRevisionNo.3DraftProcedureNo.AP-02Page3of9
