Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center Emergency Plan Update

Dear Mr. Boyle:

The Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center has updated the facility Emergency Plan. A copy of the revised plan is enclosed for the purpose of updating your records. The changes were reviewed by the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Committee, and were deemed to fall within the limitations of 10 CFR 50.5 4 (q) which allows for changes to the plan without NRC approval. A digital copy will be provided via email as well.
