Application for Renewed Operating License - Hope Creek Generating Station Pursuant to the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Parts 50, 51, and 54, PSEG Nuclear LLC hereby applies for the renewal of Hope Creek Generating Station (Hope Creek) Facility Operating License No. NPF-57. The current Hope Creek operating license expires at midnight on April 11, 2026. PSEG Nuclear LLC seeks to extend the operating term by 20 years beyond the current expiration date.

The enclosed License Renewal Application (LRA) contains the information required by the License Renewal regulations set forth in 10 CFR Part 54, and meets the submittal timeliness requirements of 10 CFR 54.17(c). In addition, it satisfies the Environmental Protection regulations set forth in 10 CFR Part 51.

As required by 10 CFR 54.21 (b), current licensing basis changes which have a material effect on the content of this application will be identified annually while the application is under NRC review, and at least three months prior to the scheduled completion of the NRC review.

Appendix A, Section A.5, of the Hope Creek LRA provides a list of commitments made in this application. This list will be updated as required throughout the LRA review process.
