of 561 MWT while the operator was performing a routine channel chec>, Fiscion Product Monitors 1Dll-K631, Particulate Count and 1Dil-K633, Noble Gds Lount were found to be out of calibration.

This was a failure to meet Tech Specs i

Tables 3.2-10 which states that they both have to be in operable condition.

Neither plant operation nor public health and safety were affected. This is a non-repetitive event.

The cause of event for 1D11-K631 has been attributed to discriminator set-point drift.

The discriminator setpoint was adjusted. A channel check was i

performed and the instrument was returned to service.

1D11-K633 (Noble Gas Count), was tested and worked properly.
