CNUSEDESCRIPTIONANDCORRECTIVEACTIONS:

The. Instrument Air Supply valve has been isolated to prevent inadvertent-acts olon. No malfunction'of the control circuitry was found to exist.

'After initial opening of 1-CV-5149, the valve stuck in the open position.

During the next Unit 1 Refueling Outage the internals of the valve and its actuator will be inspected and repaired as required. _ Maintenance Request 0-80-2991 remains open to record:the. requirement.
