Dear Mr. Todd:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigation s (OI) has closed the subject case regarding whether Auxiliary Unit Operator (AUO) rounds wer e willfully falsified by a System Operator (SO) and if a Shift Operations Manager (SOM) was aware of the alleged falsification.

The NRC determined there was insufficient evidence to substanti ate the allegation that AUO rounds were willfully falsified by a system operator and that a SOM wa s aware of the alleged falsification.
