Written communication as specified by University of Missouri Research Reactor Technical Specification 6.6.2(d) regarding a permanent change in the facility organization involving the Executive Director

On July 13, 2023, Matt Sanford was named the Executive Director of the University of Missouri 's Research Reactor, reporting directly to the University of Missouri Chancellor, Mun Y. Choi, who also serves as the president of the four campus University of Missouri System. Previously, Mr. Sanford was the Interim Executive Director, replacing Dr. David Robertson. This notification is submitted as required by University of Missouri Research Reactor Technical Specification 6.6.2( d).

Executive Director is a title change for the Reactor Facility Director, the level 2 individual, as shown on Figure 6.0 of the University of Missouri Research Reactor Technical Specifications. An amendment to the University's Technical Specifications will be submitted to reflect this title change as well as other minor changes in the organizational structure.
