MEMORANDUM TO THE PETITIONERS IN: VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY (North Anna Power Station Units 1 & 2)

This is to inform the participants that Commissioner David A. Wright toured North Anna

Power Station Units 1 & 2 on Thursday, May 9, 2024. This was a routine plant visit to obtain a

general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner did not engage in any substantive

discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing

adjudicatory proceeding pertaining to the subsequent license renewal of the North Anna Power

Station.
