NOTICE OF APPEAL OF LBP-24-07 BY BEYOND NUCLEAR AND THE SIERRA CLUB Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.311, Petitioners Beyond Nuclear, Inc. and the Sierra Club hereby provide notice to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission of their appeal of LBP-24-07, a July 10, 2024 decision by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board denying Petitioners request for a hearing in this license renewal proceeding for the North Anna nuclear power plant. As demonstrated in the attached Petitioners Brief on Appeal of LBP-24-07, the petition should have been granted.
